Quantities will often determine whether the job should be digital or offset. We will find the best option for your budget. We can produce any quantity needed for your project whether its one piece or thousands.

During the printing process, small misalignments can occur when the pages are trimmed to their final size. Without bleed, these slight errors could leave unwanted white edges on your printed piece.

Adding a bleed ensures that your design extends slightly beyond the trim area, so the artwork will cover the page entirely even if trimming isn’t perfect. We recommend a .0625” bleed allowance for the best practice.

In booklets with multiple folded pages, the inner pages “creep” outward because they are closer to the spine. This can cause the content near the edges to be trimmed off or misaligned. Adjusting for creep ensures that all content remains properly aligned and visually consistent after binding and trimming.

You might know what you want already, but if you give us an idea of the finish you’re after, we will recommend the best stock option, how the ink handles on them, and the most cost-effective options. We carry a large selection of house stock that we found to be best suited for our digital printer and we are sure you will agree.

Crazy things can happen when work goes to print, even if you supplied a print ready PDF. We are more than happy to do a printed proof to make sure there are no issues with your file or it you are concerned about color. As a rule, we normally print 1 sample prior to printing your entire job and our production staff are highly trained to make sure it looks they way it should.

Every job is different. Some jobs can be produced in minutes while some may take several days to complete. Let us know when you need your job completed and we’ll let you know if it can be done. We go to great lengths to meet even your most demanding timelines.

Accepted File Formats

The Portable Document Format (PDF) is generally the preferred file format for submitting a document for printing as it works with virtually all professional printing and digital output devices. By design, a PDF file incorporates the information needed to maintain document consistency from system to system. Most other file formats such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Word are easily converted to PDF format.

  • PDF (Portable Document Format)

Best for: Professional documents, brochures, flyers, and books. Preserves formatting and ensures compatibility with most printers. We highly suggest you review your PDF file prior to submitting to ensure it looks correct.

  • JPEG or PNG

Best for: High-quality images or photos. Ensure high resolution (300 DPI or higher) for clear prints.

  • TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)

Best for: Professional image printing, especially for large-format prints.

  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)

Best for: Vector graphics, logos, and designs requiring scalability.

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)

Best for: Vector files, typically for graphic designs. Ensure any fonts are outlined, and images are embedded. AI files are best for unlimited scalability of your image and allows us to create cut paths for complex vinyl.

  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)

Best for: Layered designs and detailed image editing. Flatten the image and convert to a print-friendly format if needed. We also recommend if using specific fonts, to include those as well.

  • INDD (Adobe InDesign)

Best for: Complex layouts like magazines, catalogs, and multi-page documents. Often exported as a PDF for final printing. We normally request that you package your design so that it will include all needed fonts, images/links and files. It also allows us to adjust your file as needed.

  • DOC/DOCX (Microsoft Word)

Best for: Simple text documents or presentations. Convert to PDF to ensure proper formatting.

  • CSV/EXCEL

Best for: Data for mailing labels or mail merge.
